Mission and Vision

The Asia Foundation, implementing partner for the USAID and Australia Mekong Safeguards Program, seeks support from experts who are leaders in strengthening environmental, social, and corporate governance standards for infrastructure projects in the energy, transport, and water sectors.

Opportunities to work with the USAID and Australia Mekong Safeguards Program, including requests for proposals and quotations and full or part-time job openings, will be posted here as available.

The Asia Foundation’s Thailand Office is seeking qualified applicants for the role of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Associate (MEL Associate) to support the USAID and Australia Mekong Safeguards Program (the Program) with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities for programmatic areas in safeguarding the environmental and social development of infrastructure in the Mekong subregion. The MEL Associate must have experience in MEL processes, data collection and quality assurance, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The initial period of this role is 8 months, with the possibility of extension.

The Asia Foundation’s Thailand Office is seeking qualified, talented applicants for Communications Associate to support the USAID and Australia Mekong Safeguards Program (Mekong Safeguards) with expanded activity under an anticipated Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)-funded initiative in Southeast Asia. The Communications Associate is required to have experience in communications activities, branding and marking, social media outreach, and public relations. The initial period of this role is 8 months, with the possibility of extension.
